About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

I live in MIAMI, can I apply for a Tourist Visa in WASHINGTON?

ALSO I WILL TRY TO ENETR TO TIBET, SHOULD I APPLY FOR IN THE SAME VISA,OR IS A DIFERENTE
PROCEDURE PLEASE I NEED SOME DETAILS.

If you reside in Miami, your visa application should lodged to the Consulate General of China in Houston. You can not apply from Chinese consulate in Washington. BTW, for visit to Tibet, you need to apply for a Tibet Travel Permit through a China travel agency beyond China tourist visa.
