The weather is changeable during March in Shanghai with an average temperature ranging from 5~13C. It is windy, but the wind is gentle at the early March. Sometimes when Shanghai is hit by cold air, it seems that winter has not gone yet. Sweater and overcoat are needed. While on sunny days, thin coat and long-sleeve T-shirts are enough.
Well, it is still the cold winter time in March in Beijing with a temperature of 0~10C. It is windy and dry. Sandstorm may happen often during this month in Beijing. You need to be careful and pay close attention to the weather forecast when travelling around.
