Where can i buy tourist pass ticket for the mtr?

I planning to travel to hong kong this coming sept15 and i'm wondering if i'm eligible to buy a tourist pass ticket for the mtr tnx...

Can I understand your meaning by buying a HK transport card, such as Octopus Card? Well, if so, you can buy the card at all the MTR Customer Service Centres of all the MTR stations except Racecourse station.
