transportation between shenzhen and guangzhou

i'm going to china this October and planning to go guangzhou by train from shenzhen but i confused which train station should i take since the availability train shenzhen north, shenzhen west also guanzghou east, guangzhou west. so far i know im going to stay near with the wedding street in guangzhou pls advise
