i am citizen of kosovo, where can i get entrance visa for china?

I am Orthopaedic surgeon and University Professor in Prishtina University Hospital and I have official invitation to participate in orthopaedic Congress in Peking (COA2012). Which is the procedure for kosovars to get a entance visa for China.

I find that there is no China embassy or consualte in Kosovo. So you may have to apply for the China visa in your neighboring countries such as Montenegro, Macedonia, etc.  I advise you contact the organizer of the congress in Beijing to know more exact info.
