Hi, from Kowloon Hotel, you can walk to Peking Road, Canton Road Station on the opposite of the Pacific Star Building to take bus no. 973 and get off at Stanley Village. After geeting off,  it is very easy to find the Stanley Market. The whole journey costs 13.6 HK$. The market is open all the year round, from 09:00 to 18:00 each day.
