About:Shopping in Xian

Capitol One Credit Card?

My son attempted to pay @ Vanguard in Yanliang (Xi'an) with a Capitol One Credit Card, acquired specifically for use in mainland China. They wouldn't even swipe it, saying that it wouldn't work. This was in a check-out lane that 'accepts credit cards'. Any guess as to what the problem is?

Maybe vanguard still dose not get the right to be payed using a Capitol One Credit Card. let alone a branch in Yanliang, only a subur district of Xian City.
