How much to pay extra for 20 kg of belongings if I board ship from Guangzhou to Haikou by VIP class

Do you mean that, you want to check-in the luggage in 20kg? Well, as I know, there is a standard charge for the check-in luggage of railway. It costs about CNY0.5~0.7/kg. For 20kg, it may cost about CNY10~14.
