Application for a Z visa in the philippines

I am a Canadian citizen living in the philippines with my family. I have been invited to work as a teacher in china for one year. Can I process my z visa application from the philippines at a chinese consulate? Or do i have to return to Canada?

Yes, you can apply for a China Z visa in Philippines with your valid proof of residency there.
