Bring medication into china

Hi,
How do I bring my medication into China safely? I take 400mg of quetiapine XL ( modified release) once a day at night before bed and I also have a 38days worth of Malarone 350mgs to prevent malaria as I am going to Bali on the 29th Novemeber. I have both the the medications in its proper box with a copy of the prescription and a doctors letter to say why I need it. Is there anything else I need to take with me and is these medications on the banned list or not?
Many thanks

Here is my recommendation:
Bring 2 copies of your prescriptions along. Things happen and although you do not plan to lose or have your medication destroyed it can happen so bringing along these prescriptions will help you out in case of emergency. You may need to show your prescription at security check points.
Do not check any of your prescription medication. Put it all in your carry on luggage. Split it amongst your carry on luggage. If you have a hand bag keep a few months supply in your handbag. Keep a list of name and address and telephone number of both your home country Pharmacy and your home country Doctor.
Make sure all of your medication(s) are in their original packaging. This is one of the most painful parts as pharmacies love to put a few small tablets in a huge bottle. Security can and sometimes do check at various checkpoints that the name on the medication is exactly as the name of the passenger.
If the supply is quite bulky, have your doctor write a letter that you will be in China for X days and he wants you to have sufficient medical supplies and medications for this period.
