I purchased several items from a silk products company in Xian. I have paperwork that lists three different names: Dibao Silk Products, Royal Silk Products and Ruihong Fushi Guilin. I was told delivery of my silk products from the same company would be only 2 weeks. It was actually over 2 months - but it did come.

we bought two sets from this company. the colors did not match from first set and the second set was missing a piece. they were unwilling to help after contacting them. stay away from this company.

How can I get in touch with Dibao Silk Products/Royal Silk Products/Ruihong Fushi Guilin in Xian?
