From Shang Cheng District Hangzhou to Xiaoshan Airport any bus service ? If use cab how much charger

It is about 100 RMB from Shangcheng District to the airport. So I think you can take the aiport shuttle bus to reach the airport. Since you are in Shangcheng District, you can take a cab to reach the Hangzhou Railway Station to take the shuttle bus. The bus ticket price is 20 RMB, much cheaper.
