SUBMISSION OF CHINESE STUDENT VISA APPLICATION ON BEHALF OF MY SON

I WANT TO SUBMIT CHINESE STUDENT VISA APPLICATION ON BEHALF OF MY SON. DO I NEED A POWER OF ATTORNEY FROM HIM? DO I TAKE MY PASSPORT ALONG TO THE EMBASSY?

You can submit your son's application on his behalf. personal appearance is required only by visa officer if they need an interview. A power of attorney and your passport are not required.
