Chinese visa issued in HK or Macau

This is Alberto, Spanish guy who nowadays is in china working with a business visa (F). I am applying for the working permit, but my current visa is issued at Shenzhen (although I get it in HK), what it is not valid.
My question is, is it possible to get Chinese visa in Macau (issued in Macau)? How long time does it take?
