can I take a 10 ltr cast of red wine into China?

I am afraid that you cannot take so much wine into China. According the regulations, 2 bottles of duty free alcohol beverage can be taken into China without declaration and paying the tax. The amount of all the wine cannot be over 1.5 liters.
