from keelung to hualien

Hi Andy, we plan to go to Hualien from Keelung. Pls adv the best route using train or bus? Many thanks in advance.

There seems no direct bus from Hualien to Keelung. It is slow and expensive to take train between them. You can take train from Hualien to Luodong first and then take bus from Luodong to Keelung.
