ask for a tourist visa to china

Question

I am going as a tourist for one month. I wonder if it is possible to apply for it in Copenhagen even though I am Swedish and don't live or work there? I live in Malm so the Chinese embassy in Copenhagen is the easiest to go to. A friend of mine  has visited copenhagen and take the tourist L at the same day.I hope att you answer me as soon as possible

If you do not work or live in Denmark, you can not apply in Copenhagen. They require residence permit or work visa for application. You need to apply for it in Sweden. Is your friend a Danish passport holder?
