What visa do I require for Beijing, Qingdao, Hong Kong?

We will be travelling from Vancouver to Beijing, then onto Qingdao for the World Airline Road Race. We will be there 5 days and then fly to Hong Kong for 3 or 4 days, then fly home to Vancouver. We are both Canadian Citizens. What kind of Visa will we need to get.
