Well, during that time, Beijing and Xian both have an average temeprature of 18-20 C. You wiil enjoy your trip along the mild temperature and pleasant sunshine. You can take along long-sleeved shirt, thin sweater and thin coat if you would visit Beijing and Xian then.
As for the weather of Wuhan and Shanghai, it is a little warmer than the above two cities. The average temperature could be about 23-24 C. So you can preapre long-sleeved shirts, and thin coat.
