I'm not sure about your location - Jinxiang or Jinxing. But the locations of Guangzhou's police office are No.151, Huanshi Xi Lu (Liuhua Post Office) and No.7, Tiyu Dong Lu (Tiyu Dong Post Office).
If you mean the Tourism Bureau, it is located at No. 140, West Dongfeng Road.
