Hi, I need a decent tux like boss, or james bond,can I buy it at the price of $500 at tailor shop?

we tried fabric market, but the tailor killed my idea by showing the shirt he likes, and size too tight, and tuxedo made there far from a decent suit. don't know how to describe, but it's true. Guys,any better work shop to advised?
