Yes, it is still a not bad time for visiting the Shangrila, but I advise you to go there in the early month. During the early month, it is still in the autumn, so the natural scenery is still beautiful. The weather is cool, not too cold. So the long sleeved clothes are OK. If you go there in the late November, the temperature will fall and the scenery become a winter scenery. If the temperature is low enough, it will snow also in Shangrila.0
