About:China Customs Declaration

TEQUILA QUESTION

Hello I want to bring some tequila from mexico, I wonder how much do I have to pay extra for 5 bottles I can read they allowed 2 bottles but how much for the other 3

It is hard to say. As the duty paid is 50%, but the dutible price is not decided by Chinese government. But I can give you some reference. The highest duty among all the alcohol liquid is the XO. Every 750 ml, you have to pay 250 RMB. I think the duty you have to pay cannot be over that.
In my opinion, you had better not take so much, otherwise it will trouble you during the travel.
