going xitang from hangzhou

How can I get to the town from Hangzhou? How long the trip takes? Is it closer to Hangzhou than Shanghai?

There is direct bus from Hangzhou Passengers Transportation Centre to that water town. The bus journey is a bit than 2 hours.  The town is closer to Shanghai than Hangzhou.
