How to get to the victoria peak ?

from Hongkong central using cable car and how much is the ticket price?

Do you mean you are staying at the Central Station of MTR?
If so, you can walk to the J2 Exit and walk up to the ground level. Turn right, through Chater Garden, cross Queen's Road Central, and make your way up Garden Road. You will find the Peak Tram Terminus on the Garden Road, where you can buy its ticket.
The return ticket price is 40 HK$ and 28 HK$ for a single trip.
