do I we have to produce the marriage certificate for Tourist Visa to HK?

I expect to attend a 1 wk Training Program in Hong Kong from 15th - 19th Oct. To get tourist visa for spouse and baby daughter to join me after the program, do I we have to produce the marriage certificate?
