How do I get there from Metropark hotel Wanchai?

Are there any vegetarian restaurants there?

Does it get cold at night at the peak, I am going next week.

At your hotel, you can walk about Queen's Road East Station to take bus no. 15 and get off at the Peak. The whole journey costs about 9.8 HK$.

You can find delicious vegetarian food at Hong Kong Mandarin Oriental Hotel. It is about 1.4 km from the Victoria.

In this seaon, it won't be cold, just cool on the peak at night. Anyway, you can prepare coat in case of the sudden wind or temperature fall.
