Will there be any shuttle bus to east railway station if i reach baiyun airport at 02.00am?if not, is there any cheaper hotel near the airport?

Yes, the shuttle bus line 6 is in service from 06:30 to the arrival of the last flight, which can take you to reach the Airport Tianhe Check-in (CITIC Plaza), close to local East Railway Station. Thus you can get to the east railway station even at 02:00.
