Do you refer to Ibis Hotel Tiexi Shenyang? If so, you can walk to Tiexi Square MTR Station first and get in subway line 1. You should get off at Pangjiang Street Station. Then you can walk to Red Star Macalline Station to take bus no. 383 to Guaipo directly.
