Where is Ping An on the Li River route ??

I do not think there is a place called Ping An on the Li River route, so do you mean the Xingping along the River?
If so, Xingping is on the north side of the Yangshuo County, with 25 kilometers away from Yangshuo. It is an important stop for Li Rive Cruise.
