check in at humen ferry terminal in dongguan

I am taking 2.45pm Malaysia Airlines flight at Hong Kong Airport. What time I must leave Dongguan Humen ferry terminal?. Can I check in at Humen ferry terminal for Malaysia Airlines?

Actually, there are only three ferries from Humen Ferry Terminal at 08:15, 10:15, 12:00.  The ferry from Humen to Hong Kong Airport will cost you about 70 minutes, and you still have to check in or something else. So you need to leave enough time for doing all the things.Since your flight is at about 14:45, I advise you to take the ferry at 10:15.
