There are many Indian restaurants in Shanghai attracting a lot of food lovers. For budget one, you may consider about Patiala Pearl India's Restaurant at No. 3-5, Lane 418, Wuyi Road, Changning District (the intersection with Dingxi Road). Average cost per person is about CNY80-100.
