enquiry about chinese citizenship

I am born in the Philippines and has Chinese citizen parents which is also born in the Philippines. Will I be considered a Chinese citizen in china like all other chinese citizen living in china if I settle there?

I don't think you can get Chinese citizenship even you have Chinese parents but born in Philippines. The fact is that China is very strict on this issue. So, you'd better contact a lawyer for more details.

Do you hold a PROC passport? If yes, then you are certainly a citizen of People's Republic of China.
If you do not possess any kind of passport, I'm sorry to say you could be considered STATELESS.
If your NSO birth certificate proves that both of your parents are of Chinese Citizenship, the Phil. DFA cannot issue you a Philippine Passport, but you may apply for Chinese Passport at the Chinese Embassy of Chinese Consulate.
