About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

? ABOUT WHERE TO TAKE THE VISA APP

WE LIVE IN OREGON. WE HAVE A DAUGHTER NEAR WASHINGTON DC. CAN SHE BE OUR CURRIER OR DO WE NEED TO SEND IT TO SOMEONE WHO WILL DELIVER IT TO SAN FRANCISCO?

If you live in Oregon, your applications should be submitted to Consulate General of China in San Francisco. If you can not go in person, you can entrust an agency or someone else you know to handle this on your behalf.
