I am afraid to tell you that, from 17 August, it probably begins to rain and the rain will last for several days. The temperature is still high about 26~30 C. It will be hot and humid. Visiting the downtown of Taipei or around Taipei is OK and safe. If you want to go into mountains, you need to be careful.0
