About:Power Plugs / Sockets in China

Can electrical appliances bought from China use in Singapore?

if i bought an electrical appliances from china and use in singapore. Can it work? Singapore is 220-240 voltage AC 50 cycles per second. Is it still workable for long run use? Do I need a transformer to perform?

The electricity in China is generally 220V, 50HZ, AC (Hong Kong is 200V; Taiwan is 110V). You may need a transformer if you want to use it in Singapore.
