About:Year of the Rabbit

I'm a rabbit birthday aug 24 1963.

This really has been a rough year emotionally, and I am having a tough time finding steady work, even though I have a graduate degree. What can I do to improve my luck? When is the year of the dragon over?

I'm sorry to hear that. You may have a tough year in career, but it woun't last long and the good fortune starts to come to you in the secon half of the year. What you need to do is seizing any chance and treating your colleague patiently because one of them might be your lucky person this year.
In general, you should be cautious to handle everything, hold enough patience and friendly to everyone, by which I guess your luck would come to you soon.
It is a long time to over the dragon year, so I suggest you be optimistic to your life. Eveything could goes smoothly.
