About:Chinese Embassy in Norway

Hong Kong Visa for IEEM conference

I am living in Stavanger and planning to participate IEEM conference in Hong Kong during the December 2012. Please let me know what documents should I be produced for applying visa. Please make a note that I am with a Sri Lankan Passport.

If you want to visit HK for a conference, you need to go to the Embassy with following documents: Original and copy of passport; One application form for Hong Kong Visa; 2 passport-size photos; Original and copy of Norwegian residence permit or visa; bank statement; and invitation letter from HK the conference organizer.
