What is the cheapest way to regal kowloon from airport?

Can i use the free bus service from HK airport to Regal Kowloon if i am taking Jetstar airline? If i can't, how much is taxi fare from airport to hotel compare with train service?

I think you can take the Aiport Express from the airport to Kowloon and then take the free shuttle bus K3 to reach your hotel. It is more convenient and cheap.
