Expedite on government invitation letter for China visa

I need to attend an official training in Shanghai. This was informed last minute. i have the invitation letter but, i was informed that another letter is needed from the Chinese Governmtn and it'll take 10 working days, then it's too late. is there a way to expedite this pls?
