About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

Visa application for deported

I'm a deported Filipino citizen from beijing and I would like to inquire if how can I re-apply for a visa I'm married to a chinese residence.

If you have been deported from China, I'm afraid you will be forbidden to re-entry for 10 years even if you have married to a Chinese.
