Harbin to Great Wall tour

We are staying 4 days in Harbin in AUGUST. are tours to Great Wall available from Harbin?

The famous sections of the Great Wall are in Beijing, so if you want to see the Great Wall, you may need to go to Beijing first. I wonder whether you have the time to go to Beijing.
According to my experience, it is enough for visting Beijing during the four days, if you go to Beijing by flight. You can arrange a day for a trip in Beijing.
