china visa for malaysia passport

Hi, does anyone know is it really possible to get china visa upon arrival @ Shenzen custom port . I'm holding a Malaysia passport & will be going china next week via hong kong . Or Chances or approval are higher if i get HK travel agent to do ?? Many thanks

Yes, it's possible for you to get an on-arrival visa at the entry port of Shenzhen. But you will be only allowed to stay within Shenzhen for less than 5 days with it. That is to say, if you also plan to visit other cities in mainland China, you'd better apply for a China visa either in your home country or in Hk in advance.
