Is it better to travel from Shenyang to Dandong by long distance bus or train?

Which bus station would I use and are the buses frequent?

You can take long-distance bus from Shenyang to Dandong. The bus runs from Shenyang Huyue Long-distance Bus Station to Dandong on an interval of about one hour.
