About:Chinese Consulates in Japan

Applying for China Visa in Oita city as a student

I am currently living in Oita city as a student, i gonna graduate coming September 2012, i am going back to Myanmar through Shanghai(15 hours) and Kuming(8hours). I dont have 6 months left on my alien registration card. Do i need to apply for China visa? If Visa is necessary, am i eligible to get China visa?

You may just stay within the airport during the stop at the two airports in China to avoid any visa. However, you can also try to apply for a China transit visa from the Embassy of China in Japan in case you will go out of the airport. It's possible for you to get a China visa in Tokyo.
