About:China Visa

First time trip to China. We both have American passport but don't have the ID card.

Is ok just bring the American passport to get visa with citizenship paper? How much will cost for pick up the same day cause we live in Vegas? Which form we need to fill and which location need to go to get the tourist visa done? Thank you for let me know so I don't have to circle around. I appreciate your help and time. Thank you again.

I don't think the ID card is necessary for you to apply for a China visa. Don't worry about that.
You live in Las Vegas, so you should apply for the visa from the Consulate-General of of China in San Francisco located at 1450 Laguna Street. If you plan to use the same-day service, you have to pay an additional fee of $30 per visa in addition to the normal visa fee $140. you just need to fill and submit China visa application form 2011A.
