Documentation for L-Visa

I am from Pakistan. I am going to marry a girl from China and I already got a L-Visa. My parents will also accompany me to go to china to meet the girl and her family. I have to ask these two things regarding the visa pf my parents?

Do I need to apply through an agent or can I apply directly?
Can I apply for Rush (Same Day) or Express (2 - 3 days) service?
Should My parents go to the embassy while applying or can i apply on their behalf?

You can just apply for the visa for your parents on their behalf. As for rush or expres service, it all depends on you, for you will pay for it, right?

Yes I will pay for it, but can I apply for it in Pakistan? As I said it is not for tourism purposes. It is just to let both the families meet and discuss for marriage arrangements

You are Pakistani passport holders, of course, you should apply for the visa in Pakistan.

Respected Emma,

I meant to say that is RUSH service available in Pakistan? And Do you think that I do not need to involve any travel agent in between of visa application process?

I only hear that China embassy in Pakistan doesn't issue visa to individual applicants who are going to China for tourism. Your parents will go to China for you rmarriage, which can be regarded as visiting relatives, so I think you can just try to apply for the visa yourselves to avoid paying extra fee to a travel agency. Th embassy does provide 2-3 days express service.
