What is the wheather like during the last week of September in HK? Will Typhoon still occur?

From late Sept, it gets into Autumn in HK. It is cool, dry and with plenty of sunshine. The average temperature is about 25~28C. Typhoon may happen but not often. At this time in Hong Kong, you may just wear short-sleeved shirts/T-shirts plus a thin jacket to for wear during the cooler hours of darkness.
