Which is the most convenient mode of public transport to go to Ocean Park from City Garden Hotel

It shoud be the taxi. You can get to Ocean Park in about 20 min by taxi, and it may cost about 80-90 HK$.
Besides, you can to Fortress Hill MTR Station in about 3-5 min from the hotel to take subway Island Line and get off at Admiralty Station. There you can take bus no. 629 to Ocean Park directly.
