Should my sponsor be only my parents

pls my parents don't exit and the only guardian i have is my uncle can he sponsor me?

Yes, your uncle as your Guardian is of course can be your sponsor.

I think bank statement of your uncle will be ok, but to make sure offical proof of your uncle's custody of you can also be provided.
